To achieve the butt fusion, the HDPE butt fusion fittings’ outer diameter shall be exact same to the HDPE pipe. By using a HDPE pipe butt fusion machine to fusion both ends in a certain temperature & time, and then remove the heating plates, tightly bond together the both ends under fixed pressure till it is cool down.

SUNPLAST HDPE butt fusion fittings can be provided in a diameter dn63mm to dn1200mm. The diameter DN63-800mm can be injection moulded in SDR17/SDR13.6 & SDR11, while DN900-1200mm can be provided in FABRICATED TYPE only.
